Abstract
The present study deals with the procedure of determining the significations and meanings of some of the existing concepts in exegetical contexts, especially those about which some researchers have fallen into error while trying to understand their meanings. This happens most often in concepts such as styles, orientations, approaches and procedures. The process involving determination of these concepts has a very important role in creating a foreground for precise and purposeful presentation and critical assessment of various thoughts and views and it also helps do away with ambiguities and perplexity in connection with the definition of these terms. Resultantly, the research standards are better recognized, determined and systematized. Apart from the points raised and analyzed in this study, the author seeks to present, criticize and analyze as well as compare different views in this regard.
